5. Provide your complete legal name alongside your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that according to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing could face legal consequences.

Counter-Notification

If you feel that your content was removed (or access to it disabled) incorrectly, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or legal authority to post and utilize the content, you may provide a counter-notice that includes the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and where the material was previously found;
3. A statement indicating that you have a genuine belief that the removal or disabling of the content occurred due to an error or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, phone number, email address, a statement affirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the individual who submitted the notification of the alleged infringement.

Once our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we might send a copy to the original complainant to inform them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. If the copyright holder does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, we may restore the removed content or allow access to it again within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

As per the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have implemented a policy of terminating, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, users found to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of anyone who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a repeated infringement.
